Founded in 2007, Fourtre Consulting was built on a simple conviction: there's a meaningful difference between Lean as it's commonly taught and the Toyota Production System as it's actually practiced. Our consultants completed the rigorous training inside Toyota's Operations Management Development Division (OMDD) and the Toyota Supplier Support Center (TSSC) — the same programs Toyota uses to develop its own suppliers.
